555ss Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 555ss ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 555ss website and all services, games and features available through it. By accessing the 555ss platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these T&C in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not register an account or use any part of the 555ss platform. Your continued use of the platform after any revision of these T&C constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 555ss reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 555ss, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 555ss reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility condition and to suspend an account pending verification.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other entity) registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your real name, mobile number and date of birth.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of 555ss or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not open more than one account on the 555ss platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

555ss applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identification documents — such as a National ID card, passport or driver's licence — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at the discretion of 555ss. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the process is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may hold only one account on 555ss. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.

Account Holder Obligations

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Do not share them with any other person.
• Notify 555ss support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date. These are used for account verification, OTP delivery and withdrawal notifications.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account, including to place bets or make deposits or withdrawals on your behalf.

Password and Security

555ss strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account — one that is not used on any other platform or service. A strong password contains at least 8 characters and combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and at least one special character. You should update your password periodically. 555ss will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, SMS or email.

555ss employs SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, the security of your account also depends on the steps you take to protect your own credentials and device. 555ss accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials or device from unauthorised access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

555ss processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from selected Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. 555ss does not charge additional fees for deposits or withdrawals processed through these methods, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on 555ss is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 555ss, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account is registered to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and fund return.
• Deposit funds are credited to your 555ss wallet instantly for bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay transactions. Bank transfer deposit timelines depend on the processing time of the sending institution.
• 555ss reserves the right to request verification of a deposit source before crediting funds, particularly for first-time deposits or deposits above a threshold amount.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the platform's withdrawal routing rules.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts that have not completed identity verification.
• Withdrawal requests for bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• 555ss may delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or if the account is under review for any reason.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

555ss offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. The availability, terms and wagering requirements of any bonus are governed by the specific bonus terms published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on 555ss.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically or upon request, as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Not all bonuses are available to all players.
• All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
• 555ss reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any bonus credits that have not yet been wagered may be removed from your account if a promotion is cancelled.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

The integrity of the 555ss platform depends on every player engaging honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one account on 555ss, whether under the same identity or different identities, for any purpose including bonus farming.
• Colluding with other players, operators or third parties to manipulate the outcome of a game, match or betting market.
• Using any software, robot, script, automated system or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market on the 555ss platform.
• Depositing, transferring or withdrawing funds through 555ss for the purpose of money laundering, financing illegal activity or any other purpose unrelated to genuine gaming.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or at any other point during your use of the platform.

555ss uses fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring, device fingerprinting and account behaviour analysis to identify prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is identified, 555ss will act decisively to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 555ss platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 555ss or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post, transmit or otherwise use any content from the 555ss platform without the prior written consent of 555ss.

The 555ss name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 555ss. Nothing in these T&C grants you any right, title or interest in or to any trademark, trade name, service mark or other proprietary identifier of 555ss. Unauthorised use of 555ss trademarks or brand assets in any context is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555ss and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.

• Loss of funds resulting from a player's voluntary decision to place a wager on any game or betting market available on the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, network issues or other technical events outside the reasonable control of 555ss.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from your sharing of account access with any third party.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages of any nature, even if 555ss has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

555ss may suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion. The following are non-exhaustive examples of circumstances in which suspension or closure may occur.

• Breach of any provision of these T&C, including any of the eligibility requirements, account security obligations or prohibited activities listed above.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft or any other criminal behaviour connected to the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 555ss following a verification request.
• Receipt of a voluntary self-exclusion request from the account holder through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings.

Where an account is closed by 555ss for cause (e.g. breach of T&C, fraud), any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to any breach, the remaining balance (net of any voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Responsible Gaming

555ss is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Online gaming should be entertaining. If it ceases to be entertaining and begins to feel like a compulsion, or if it is affecting your finances, relationships or mental wellbeing, we encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your 555ss account settings or to contact our support team. Tools available include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 90 days) and permanent voluntary self-exclusion.

555ss strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Age verification is applied during the KYC process for all accounts. 11. Amendments to These Terms

Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — 555ss will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via the contact details registered on the account at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the 555ss platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended T&C. If you do not agree to the amended T&C, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. For the avoidance of doubt, bets already placed and in progress at the time a T&C amendment takes effect will be settled under the T&C that were in force when those bets were placed.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 555ss operates. In the event of a dispute between you and 555ss, you should first contact the 555ss support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 555ss will use reasonable efforts to resolve all legitimate player disputes in a fair and timely manner. 555ss does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
